Frequently Asked Questions
How does the free trial work?
Start using NotiCord immediately with a 14-day free trial of the Team plan.
No credit card required. After 14 days, add payment to continue using the service.
You can downgrade to Solo anytime during or after the trial.
What counts as a notification?
Each Discord message posted by a notification rule counts as 1 notification.
If multiple rules match the same Notion event, each post counts separately.
Commands and button interactions (status changes, assignments) don't count toward your limit.
What happens if I exceed my notification limit?
Notifications will stop when you reach your monthly limit. You'll see warnings at 80% usage
in your dashboard. To resume notifications, you can upgrade to a higher plan or wait for
your monthly limit to reset on your billing date. Commands and quick actions always work
regardless of usage.
Can I change plans later?
Yes! You can upgrade or downgrade between Solo and Team plans anytime through
the Stripe billing portal. Changes take effect on your next billing cycle.
What counts as a team member?
A team member is anyone who has linked their Discord and Notion accounts within
your subscription. The team member limit applies to linked identities, not to
the total number of Discord server members. Unlinked members can still
see notifications and use basic commands.
Do you offer refunds?
All payments are non-refundable except as required by applicable law.
We encourage you to use the 14-day free trial to evaluate the service
before adding payment. You can cancel your subscription at any time, and
your access will continue until the end of the current billing period.
